We are pleased to announce the arrival of Ryker Ray Pilling! He is such a great blessing to our family, even though nothing about getting him here went as planed. To start at the beginning I had been having contractions all the time for about 2 weeks and the hospital sent me home each time I went to get checked out. That was not fun at all, spending up to 4 hours a visit just to be sent home, Yuck. Well on Saturday June 5th I went in at about 9:30 pm and at 12:34 am Ryker was born. Because the hospital needed to monitor me for over an hour, there was not enough time for any pain medicine. That is right, I had him NATURAL!! Me of all people. I could not believe how tough I was. Although you can do anything for 45 min.He was 5 lbs 5oz and was 17 in long. He is a well tempered baby, for now, and loves to be held by his brothers. Pat and Jaden love him so much.
